After feedback from CIFO, the GAPP committee has been debating the use of indemnities for certain pension transfers and the production of a GAPP Specimen indemnity.

John Lewis has overseen this project on behalf of the GAPP committee. We are also grateful that he has agreed to talk about the use of indemnities for pension transfers and the GAPP transfer indemnity Specimen.
