29 Jun 2022

1145 arrive, 1200 presentation starts

We are very excited to have secured the services of Marget Snowden OBE, Chair of the UK Pension Scams Industry Group, for our next member meeting. Margaret will talk about the impact of regulations on transfers in the UK, some of the issues created and why. She will also look at online financial harms and victim support. She will cover the role of PSIG and its monthly forum PSIF, why they are important and what they want to do next. She also hopes to discuss Project Bloom, the UK Government led task force, set up to tackle pension fraud, its' strategic aims, including those allocated to PSIG.

[PSIG worked closely with the Department for Work and Pensions, resulting in regulations designed to change behaviours on pension transfers]

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT WILL BE AT THE MOURANT OFFICES with a sandwich lunch provided.
